Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine the effect growing media on antioxidant properties and antimicrobial activities Pleurotus ostreatus(Jacq. ex Fr.) P. Kumm. In study, substrates were prepared with five tree sawdust (80%) waste (20% Tea Waste or Wheat Bran) at different ratios (80% Sawdust + 20% TW, 80% GW). methanol extracts from 19 ostreatus against microorganisms tested by agar well diffusion technique. total phenolic content was measured using Folin-Ciocalteau procedure. capacity determined ferric reducing power (FRAP) free radical scavenging activity DPPH.
